Totally the BEST value in the county. This course is challenging but not overwhelming. Layout is fantastic. Not absolutely pristine but you got to pay $200 a round for that elsewhere. I play this course all the time and LOVE it!!!! I've played most of the courses in north county and none compares.

I love this course, even though it is difficult.

This course has been a bit up and down through the years, with several management changes. The current management is doing fairly well by the place - course condition was good, particularly for this time of year. The conditions of the greens are very good, with the biggest difference being the speed of the greens is quite a bit slower than in the past, when they were pretty speedy. This is a thinking golfer's course - a lot of strategic challenge is packed into this layout. The nines have been flipped back and forth over the years, and what was the original back nine is now the front nine, but it doesn't much matter as they're both a challenge. Nice to see the 18th (old 9th) back as the original par-4 design it was meant to be - the 9th and 18th are set up as bookends, and share a common green. Still recommend you stay below the pin placements if you can, but being above them isn't near as impossible a task as it used to be. Always enjoy playing this one - food and beverage service also quite good. Well worth the effort.

Poorly run. Was made to follow sanding team around and watch them dress the greens in front of us. Complained about not being told this would happen. Mgmnt just doesn't care. Too bad. Lost four customers for good.

Played this course for the first time in several years and was very pleasantly surprised with the condition. The greens and bunkers were in great shape and only had a few bare spots in the fairways but not surprising since it was February. Great deal with a coupon at only $29 on a weekday with cart. The course is very challenging and no hole is alike. The key is making par on all the par 3's - if you can do well on them then your score is likely to be quite good. The uphill 230 yard 6th hole frequently requires a driver and the back to back par 3's on the back nine are also a real challenge. All the par 5's are potentially reachable in 2 so make your birdies here. Oh, the real key on the greens is "Don't get above the hole!"

I have played this course a lot over the last 5 years. A few years ago it was in bad shape, it is now getting some of its luster back. New management is obviously trying to get this course back into top condtion. I find most of the holes to be challenging and interesting. There is no driving range, but they just added a very unique and cool hitting area to warm up and let loose with a few before you take the first T.

This course is in great shape right now. It is much improved from a year ago. The greens are fast and undulating but the bunkers are almost void of sand.

I hadn't played this course in several years because the condition of the course wasn't good but I was pleasantly surprised. The fairways and greens were very nice thit time. Layout is still funky.

This is a difficult place to play - great layout BUT the wait on this place is horrible. Last 3 times I played there is just unbearable. Which thay do a better job with the pace of play - there were times we had 3 4's somes a the t. 6 hours to play 16 holes.

Need a marshall to move slow players. Threesome in front of us was three holes behind. Round took over 5 hours.

Awful layout with greens that are either in terrible condition or are unfairly designed to hold shots or both. I warn people about this place when asked. One of the worst courses in North County Inland.

I have played here several times before but this last time was awful. Many of the greens were just sand and dirt with small patches of grass. There was very little green on the fairways either. The course is tough enough but when you are hitting putts on sand how can you score properly.

This is a tough course for anything over a 20 handicap. There are about 4 holes that really push your limits.I have played this course at least 30 times.

They just put over 4 million dollars into the course to make it more drought resistant and it really helped with the ambiance of the course and also made it a little easier. This course use to play at least 4 strokes over your index. By the way they reversed the nines a few years ago and the easiest hole is now #7, not #16. The T boxes are all new and the greens are in very good condition. They had special price to play while finishing the remodel and that time has expired, so prices will probably go up a little. You need a cart to play because some of the distances between holes is too far to walk. The course does run through a subdivision, but not all of the holes are surrounded by homes. Challenging with some interesting holes and much more fun to play than just a few years ago. I have always found the staff to be very friendly.
